These are cabins the way they really were. 
Small in stature, yet strong and authentic, construction complete, inside and out,
energy efficient with modern insulation. 
Our price includes everything from the masonry foundation, all materials and labor,
even down to the appliances; completely move in ready. *

These cabins are very affordable, compact and attractive. They are reasonably priced, according to distance,
quantity, and finish choices.

The "Hunt Box" at 300 sq. ft.  would serve well as rental units,
vacation getaways, guest quarters, etc.  We offer many options that are available upon request.
Take advantage of our introductory pricing as we offer an affordable alternative to the RV concept, a real cabin,
site built on your property that will appreciate in value and stand the test of time.

*Price does not include land or water source.  If your land does not have an existing water source,
well drilling may be required.  We do this also.  The price of a well is determined by the depth. 
For example:  A 100' punched 6" well
with a submersible pump would cost approximately $3000.00.
Well cost is $10-$12 per foot and well depth at 200-400 feet is the norm.

300 square foot Little Cabin -- "Hunt Box"

This Little Cabin would be best equipped with a Murphy bed that folds up when not in use.  The lovely high ceilings
give a wonderful perception of lots of space.  A hideout for two that would serve well as a quality refuge from the elements.
